Paramos en Savannakhet principalmente para encontrar internet barato y mandaros noticias "frescas". Yo creo que escribi en mi blog sobre el norte de Laos... jaja! En fin! Otro gran motivo de ir a internet fue para empezar a buscar billetes para la India. Cansados de tantos acantilados, cuevas, templos y noodles... necesitamos ver algo diferente y un poquito de extrabagancia para despertar de nuevo la estimulacion de la aventura!!!Los viejos edificios coloniales en pesimo estado, y el hecho de que a 40 grados las calles esten, normalmente, desiertas, dan a la ciudad un aspecto de un pueblo fantasma. Ideal para hacer algunas fotos chulas, en mi opinion, de la ciudad.

Savannakhet, sin duda, no estara en el top 100 de nuestro viaje.
Basically we stoped in Savannakhet to find some cheap internet and send you "fresh" news. I think I wrote about northern Laos... haha! Anyway! The other big reason we wanted some intrenet, was to start looking for tickets to India. Tired of limestone cliffs, caves, temples and noodles... we are willing to something different and some estimulation to awake our adventorous spirit!!!
The old crumbling colonial style buldings, and the fact that when its 40 degrees there isnt much people out, give the city a gost town atmosphere. Good to take some nice pics, in my opinion, of the city.
Before we went, we geared up for the PI MAI LAO (Lao new year)
Savannakhet, without doubt, won't be in the trips top 100.
